Frequently asked
Everything pet owners ask before ordering
Clear answers about how the DOLVRA LED dispenser works, what's included, and how it fits into your daily walks.
How do I use the DOLVRA LED dispenser?
Clip it onto your leash with the built-in carabiner, twist the cap to open it, and pull out a bag whenever you need one. Press the round button on the front to turn the LED light on or off.
No charging, no separate flashlight to carry, everything you need for the walk is clipped in one place.
Does it fit any leash?
Yes. The built-in carabiner clip fits standard leashes, harness loops, and belt loops, so you can attach it wherever is most comfortable for you.
What batteries does it use, and are they included?
It runs on 3 LR44 button cell batteries, which come already fitted inside the dispenser. They're standard, easy to find, and simple to replace when needed.
How many bags come with it?
Each dispenser comes with a roll of 15 waste bags to get you started right away. Refill rolls fit the same twist-open design.
Does it work for cats too?
Yes. While it's built with dog walks in mind, the same clip-on design and bags work just as well for cats on a leash or harness.
Is it good for early mornings or night walks?
That's exactly what the built-in LED is for. Press the button and it lights your path and the pickup area, so you're not fumbling in the dark or using your phone's flashlight.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the outside with a damp cloth as needed. Since it holds batteries and the LED circuit, avoid submerging it fully in water.
